DESCRIPTION
Designed for the solo shooter, the Patriot is our most affordable trap thrower. And it never surrenders an inch in quality and high performance.

With its zinc-plated, made in the USA, solid steel frame, the Patriot outlasts by years the foreign competition from the big box stores.

You can see the difference from the moment you unbox it — the strength in design, construction, and simplified modern technology. Steel frame. Lightweight aluminum throwing arm. Durable, consistent polyurethane throwing strip

Like our high-end models, the small yet powerful Patriot does its work with no chain and no sprockets. Naturally, creating a direct drive machine without chain or sprockets vastly reduces maintenance. But the advantages don’t stop there.

You can see the difference in the clean design. And in the quiet followthrough. No power is lost to the rattling links of a chain on a greasy sprocket. Power goes smoothly into the throw.

That means your birds fly as intended. And they’re not broken in the rough, shuddering action of inferior foreign designs. After all, you want to destroy your birds with shot, not with your trap thrower.

And you can do that all the better because the Patriot allows you to focus every bit as much as our higher-end models. You won’t have to make constant adjustments. Or troubleshoot random, aggravating problems.

That reliability means you can count on every throw like clockwork. So that you can focus on your skills. Making your own shots like clockwork.

You don’t have to find workarounds, because the Patriot, though inexpensive and compact, just works. It works right and keeps on working right.

That’s especially important because when you’re shooting alone, you don’t have any extra hands for workarounds. Or tweaking settings over and over. Or constantly having to reset. When it’s just you, it’s just you. And you’re there to shoot.

The 25-foot push-button release cord lets you release with the step of your toe. The 0.6-second release time keeps plenty of birds in the air for solo, solitary practice.

Powered by a 12-volt battery, somewhat surprising for its size, its throws are consistent and powerful.

The 50-target capacity is more than plenty. And the Patriot’s fully-automatic action is like an AR-15 compared to a single-ball musket. Once you experience it, you’ll go back to inadequate hand-cocked traps.

While it’s not compatible with wobble or tri-axes wobble bases, that’s by design and is an advantage for the solo shooter.

That’s because the powerful minimalist construction extends even to the kind of base you’ll have to use with it. Nothing fancy allowed. The trap and the base are minimalist, simple, reliable. (You can mount it on a traditional 2-wheeled cart, or even on a simple base that you build yourself.)

So everything just works. No acting up. No tweaking of the trap or the base. You set it, forget it, and start shooting. And you can keep shooting until you’re ready to head back to the house.

And in any case, with its built-in angle adjustments along both axes, you enjoy an infinite variety of trajectories. For an infinite improvement in your skills

The Patriot is for the demanding solo shooter who requires an affordable, high-performance, reliable machine. You’ll feel the difference in every flight, and see it in every shot.
